Randolph O.C. King

Randolph King, Munronian of early to mid 1950’s, passed peacefully on Thursday, December 3, 2015, after a brief illness in Kingston, Jamaica.

Randolph was a proud member of Calder House and an outstanding Track & Field middle distance runner. He represented Munro College, with distinction, at both the Western Championships and the Boys Annual Championships.

A passionate Executive Member of the Munro College Old Boys Association, he retired to Jamaica in the late 1990’s and immediately set out to computerize the operations at his Alma Mater. One outstanding achievement was his establishment of the very first computerized Library in a Secondary School in Jamaica. This was achieved with Librarian Judith Harle.

The Executive of the MCOBA expresses sincere condolences to his three (3), children and family.
